5.7 If you decide to close your account, which you can do at any time, any content you have purchased through the site which has been registered to your account will no longer be accessible to you. If you decide to regain access to the site in the future,
you will be required to create a new account and re-purchase any content which you
wish to regain access to.
6.1 Area 51 Labs provides a number of paid services through the Area 51 Labs site,
including streaming and viewable content purchases as well as Digital Assets.
6.2 Digital Assets may take the form of either XP, or the proprietary onsite currency used by Area 51 Labs.
6.3 Digital Assets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other
remuneration.
6.4 If you wish to make a purchase through your account, you may do so using our thirdparty payment processor by following the onscreen directions on the content page. Content will be charged at the price listed on the content page.
6.5 When purchasing content from Area 51 Labs, you are purchasing a limited nontransferable license to view the content via our streaming platform for personal use only.
6.6 After purchasing digital content, the content will be accessible for streaming to your devices from the content page when you are logged into your account. You can also access all of your licensed content by navigating to the Purchase History page for
your account.
6.7 Purchased digital content is not available as a standalone download and may only
be streamed to devices owned by you while logged into your own account.
6.8 All amounts referred to herein and all monetary transactions on the Area 51 Labs
platform are conducted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
7.1 Some functions of the Area 51 Labs site provide the ability for users to submit usergenerated content, including a chat feature which allows communication between customers and models within groups organised into Communities. Users must not use any of the site’s functionality to publish user-generated content which falls under any Prohibited Content category.

any representations or warranties express or implied as to the quality, suitability or
authenticity of any content uploaded by any user on this website.
8.3 Under no circumstances will Area 51 Labs, its officers, directors, employees, or
agents be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind however caused and whether arising under
contract, tort or property damage.
8.4 Under no circumstances shall Area 51 Labs, its officers, directors, employees, or
agents be liable for any bugs or malware which may be transmitted to or through this
website by any third party.
8.5 The user agrees to indemnify and keep Area 51 Labs indemnified against any and
all claims for infringement of any intellectual property rights brought by a third party
as a result of the user’s use of this website.
8.6 The user agrees to indemnify and keep Area 51 Labs indemnified against any and
all losses or liabilities incurred directly by Area 51 Labs as a result of any breach or
nonobservance by the User or Performer of any of these Terms and Conditions for

9.1 You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Area 51 Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims which may be asserted
against Area 51 Labs, including but not limited to, any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses arising from your use of this
website; or your breach of these Terms and Conditions for Users and Members.
10.1 Area 51 Labs has notified the Information Commissioner in the United Kingdom for the purposes of complying with the Data Protection Act(s) and with the General Data Protection Regulation.
10.2 All personal data collected by Area 51 Labs about the users or models is strictly
confidential and will not be shared with any third party except as required by law, or
as is detailed in the accompanying Privacy Notice.
11.1 These Terms and Conditions for Users and Members, including the Privacy Notice, as amended from time to time, constitute the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Website and supersede all prior agreements/contracts between the parties relating to it.

12.2 The user accepts that nothing in this clause shall prevent Area 51 Labs from seeking and enforcing any injunctive relief in any country where the website is accessible to prevent any infringement of any laws or rules in such countries.
