cause disruption to our website or services.

Legal Basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) – ”Legitimate interests” – this information forms part
of our strategy planning and helps us maintain a secure site for our visitors and
subscribers.


4.3 Your email address

When you create an account on our site, we collect your email address. We use this
for various purposes such as: sending you updates, information, invoices and billing
information, or for resetting your password.
Basis: GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) – ”Performance of contract” – we need to collect your
email address to authenticate you as a subscriber to our site and to provide you with
customer support where needed.

We collect information about payments made for content on the site. We collect this
data from our third-party payment processors, to ensure that you are authorised to
access paid content.
We do not collect your payment or billing information, such as card numbers or banking information directly. This is handled by our third-party payment processors.

payment information to validate your authorisation to access paid content on our

5 What third-parties may we share your data with?


Operating a modern web platform like ours requires us to rely on a number of third parties to keep our website running safely, smoothly, and securely. We take your privacy seriously and only share your data with trusted third parties with the goal of providing our services to you. We will never sell your personal information.

5.1 Google Analytics

We make use of Google Analytics on our site to collect metrics about our visitors for
technical capacity and business strategy planning.
We enable IP anonymisation in our Google Analytics account and ensure that it uses
pseudonymous identifiers for collected data.
You can opt out of data processing by Google Analytics by enabling Google’s ”Google
Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on” on your device.

5.2 Facebook

We make use of the Facebook Pixel on our site to collect metrics about our visitors
for technical capacity and business strategy planning.
From Facebook:
The Facebook pixel is a small piece of JavaScript code that an administrator
of a Facebook ad account adds to their website in order to optimise their
ads, report on conversions across devices and create Custom Audiences of
website visitors to use in Facebook ads. The Facebook pixel was designed
from the bottom up with privacy in mind. In order to use this product, the
website does not need to collect or send names, email addresses or other
contact information to Facebook.

6 How long will we keep your data?
